In case you missed it, Hyland released their first single "Beauty In The Broken" on iTunes last week! We thought it would be cool to have you, the fans, post photos of what you think best represents "Beauty In The Broken."

Here are the details: Post a photo on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #BeautyInTheBroken and tag @hylandofficial in the post. Every few days the band will choose their favorites and post them on their Tumblr. Then on October 9th, the band will choose their favorite photo, and that person will win a signed copy of the new album (they'll get it Oct 22nd) and a Hyland T-shirt!

Sounds awesome right? The rules are that only your own photos will count, and keep it clean! Sound good? In the meantime, pick up a copy of the single at iTunes and check out the lyric video below!

Hyland has released their new single "Beauty In The Broken" today! You can grab it at iTunes for only $1.29. The song is already picking up momentum at radio stations everywhere! Also, be sure to check back this week because we'll have a big announcement about Hyland SOON!

Hyland frontman Jon Lewis wrote "Beauty In The Broken" in a moment of weakness, saying "God sees beautiful things working in our brokenness. He sees the future when we only see the hurt. This song represents our recognition of God meeting us right where we are at, and even when we are lost inside our own plans, he’s working it together for our good. His promises are sure, and when you hold onto that hope, you are holding onto an anchor."

Welcome Hyland To The Tooth & Nail Family!

A new addition has been made to our Tooth & Nail family - Hyland - melodic rockers hailing from Minneapolis, MN. Grabbing our attention with their EP “Quotients,” which was produced by Ben Kasica of Skillet and Nick Rad of Acceptance, Hyland will release their T&N debut in Spring 2011.

Singer Jon Lewis describes how the signing happened:

"Here we were, in the process of getting songs ready for our next independent recording... Aaron Sprinkle called, asking if he could personally pitch us to Tooth & Nail. We've always been huge supporters of T&N and their artists, it's an honor to now be one of them. The opportunity, the songs, the vision... it's all coming together. Our first single heads to radio in February... And for the first time ever, I'm excited for a Minnesota Winter!"

Hyland is composed of Ben Early, Jon Lewis, Mitchell Hansen, Steve Weigel.
